Margie Fagan Interiors opened her design studio in 1985 to outstanding reviews. Her work has  been featured in Better Homes and Gardens "Bed and Bath," Cover of Country Accents, Kansas City Homes and Gardens, Junior Women's Symphony Designers Show House magazines,  KC Star newspaper and highlighted on Kansas City's News 4 television. In 1992, Margie was awarded the highest honors of "Nationwide Show House Designer of the Year" by Schumacher & Co., NY, NY.

Margie also enjoys dabbling in the art world and when a different creative mood hits, she grabs a canvas and lets the bold color paints and heavy textures unfold..  She is self-taught, having been heavily influenced by her strong background in art, architecture and design. . Margie’s work has been juried into group exhibitions organized by gallery owners in Kansas City and Michigan. She’s honored to have fulfilled commissioned pieces of artwork to customers across the country. Her passion is to present a portal of imagination, one never tires of exploring!

She recently picked up her business and moved to one of her favorite vacation spots in Michigan, Benzie County. She now proudly calls Benzonia her home and is excited to serve clientele along the lake shore and the surrounding areas including Beulah, Frankfort, Manistee, Interlochen, Glen Arbor, Suttons Bay and Traverse City.
